I originally ordered a medium weight duvet but soon realised that would be too warm for me, even in the depths of winter. There was absolutely no quibble about exchanging for the lightweight version.

I returned my original duvet on the Monday and my replacement arrived Thursday.

Fantastic to know that there are still companies out there like this.

my husband loves his duvet and cannot believe what a difference between his normal 10 tog one. wish he had bought one a lot sooner.

Wonderfully warm without being heavy. Only slight negative is the smell although this is either beginning to wear off or we are getting used to it.

Fantastic product! I bought this medium Baavet for my son and his fianc?for Christmas and they absolutely LOVE IT! So warm and snug but no overheating. We have had a medium and a lightweight one for several years and still rave about them. So much so it gets taken into and out of the caravan every time we go away because we wouldn? go back to a duvet. Excellent quality, British made. Great service, very helpful giving advice over the telephone and the Baavet arrives the following day after being ordered. Well done to this company!
