I'm very impressed with this company. I ordered a winter weight duvet which was delivered very quickly. However, after a week I found it was too hot for me and I asked if I could exchange it for a light one. This was agreed and the exchange was made in a friendly understanding manner with an exchange of emails and a phone call from Baavet.
The duvets themselves are lovely - soft and warm. The service from Baavet is excellent and I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Our second Baavet and we will never be going back to down. Warm, yet light, the Baavet is perfect. My only reason for just four stars is the duvet is just slightly too big for our duvet covers.

These duvets are amazing, this is our second purchase. Sleeping under a Baavet is a completely different experience. We won't have any other kind of duvet from now on.
