Not too heavy not too hot, very comfortable, very happy with the product

This duvet is amazingly snuggly yet utterly brilliant at regulating temperature and we love it. The only drawback and the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the smell.

Despite regular outdoor duvet-airing sessions and washing all our bed covers twice a week there is still a distinct whiff of farmyard in the bedroom.

Online research shows this is perfectly normal with a wool duvet and is apparently just the smell of the lanolin. It should gradually go over time and we're prepared to wait.
In the meantime there is something disconcerting yet amusing about sitting in a work meeting and realising your arm smells faintly of sheep...

I am happy with the purchase. The odour has not quite gone yet, but perhaps it will with time.

Absolutely brilliant product. Very satisfied. As I have previously purchased you king size mattress and matching pillows. My bedding is now totally Baavet and I wouldn't have any other. Well done.
