My dog climbed straight in and settled down to sleep immediately he saw it. It is sturdy, strong and fabulously padded. It is surprisingly but reassuringly heavy so no skidding across the floor or squashing down to nothing like other dog beds. It was still looking good after my heavy dog had been asleep all night - and he didn't want to get out of it after a whole night asleep!
The most important thing for me is confidence that the natural filling is not only supremely warm and comfy, but doesn't irritate my dog's skin - a problem we've encountered with the synthetic beds.
