I used this to beef up the firmness of my pillow, very effective.

I have purchased 100 gm pillow wool when I purchased the pillows, in case I wanted to have fuller pillows. So far I have used the pillows (both the 700 gm and the 900 gm) as they came, with no need to add the extra wool. I shall keep it in case for the future. The delivery was very quick once I had done the purchase online.
