Very comfortable - and comforting - mattress protector. It did smell slightly of wool for a few days, but now it has aired no odour of any kind is detectable. Five stars for the comfort alone, and excellent service from Baavet too.

Very comfortable. I bought this after getting a Basket duvet & pillow, which I was very impressed with. The mattress protector doesn't disappoint either.

I recently ordered 2 mattress toppers from the bargain box (i have done this before and to be honest i have been unable to see anything wrong with them and their performance has been up to your usual high standard) i received a phone call to tell me that there was only one in the BB so they reimbursed me with a different product.
What excellent customer service and the member of staff who phoned was absolutely lovely and seemed genuinely pleased when I said how good I have always found Baavet products to be for example I prefer my wool duvet to the hungarian pure down I previously had!!!( and I absolutely love the little lavender bags!)
