I was skeptical about the efficiency of this product. I am menopaused and, like most women, have these unpleasant night sweats. I thought, this is like the others I have tried, it won't work. But it does! To my amazement, the first night, I had a really good sleep, not being awaken by the heat and the sweat. I really recommend this product to anybody who experiences these difficult moments.
