The beauty of this mattress protector is the natural fibre cover, the wonderful wool inner and how it can aid in turning a 'standard' mattress from a 'sweat producer' to a comfortable regulating sleeping surface. I've always used cotton covered mattress protectors but they are so often bulked out with plastic based filling that they do little to protect from the nasty effects of man made fibres in most standard mattresses. But a Baavet topper / protector is another thing entirely aiding temperature regulation which, when accompanied by the Baavet and pillows, ensure a lovely nights sleep. We like the product, but as we do not have direct body contact it? kind of hard to judge

After buying the Baavet and the Pillows and finding them wonderful ! I decided to get a wool mattress protector. It? lovely and cosy without being too warm and helps with night sweats to give me a good nights sleep. I find wool to be most comfortable product I?e ever had and I won? be going back to feather and down!
