I? really impressed by this dog bed and the fabulous customer service. I phoned Baavet with a query, they really went above and beyond with their customer service, took my order over the phone and the dog bed arrived the next morning. Thank you Baavet, this bed is so lovely, I?e just ordered a pillow for myself!! Absolutely faultless.

Excellent quality, received quickly and well packaged. Very luxurious, so much so, that our dog was a bit dubious about getting on something so deeply filled compared to his old bed. Love it and would definitely recommend

Brilliant dog beds. I?e used them for many years now and my dogs love them. Also good experience with online shop and speedy delivery.

Quality item at a good price. Dog seems to find it very comfy. Like the idea that you can buy extra covers. Will be buying another one soon for my small dog.

I decided to order one of these for my dog, and on the webpage it said that the medium size was 80x95cm which is the same size as her current bed, perfect I thought. When it came it was smaller than her bed, measuring along the side seam, 7cm less on the width and length. This would?e made it too small for her. I contacted Baavet, and what excellent and friendly customer service (5* for them), they apologised and sent another one. The second bed was exactly the same measurements as the first though, 7cm shorter on the width and length. I have no idea where the production manager was measuring from, as when they got them back they said they were the correct dimensions. I used a tape measure and measured along the side seams. Luckily the, again wonderful, customer service lady measured herself and agreed with my measurements. They kindly sent me the next size up and that is perfect for her.
The bed itself is lovely, really deep, and she seems to like it. It has a nice smell to it. The cover it easy to remove to wash which is great.
So, the bed itself is 5*, customer service a definite 5*, the faff to get the right size as advertised on their website 3*, so an average of 4*.
If you are buying one just measure when you get it if it is smaller than you were expecting, chances are it will be. I have just checked the webpage for the medium and they are still advertising it as 80x95cm, so hopefully the beds are now 7cm longer and wider than the ones I was sent.
