We already had one of these and they are excellent, either as a pillow, especially for sitting up in bed, or as a supportive cushion for our sons beer/tv room. Far superior in comfort compared to feather/down or synthetic.

I champion wool through features I write for a quarterly London-based magazine that focuses on high end contemporary carpets and textiles. Wool does indeed have the health and environmental qualities outlined on this website as well as being naturally fire resistant and recyclable. Baavet also references my favourite US natural health practitioner Dr Mercola who is an advocate of wool bedding.

Despite being a wool lover, I don't have wool bedding. I plan to migrate to an all wool bed. This square pillow was my first wool bedding purchase. The quality is great, but if you prop your square pillows upright as a feature on your bed, then you may find as I have the wool migrates down despite daily plumping. I prefer my square pillows to look crisp, and the wool balls also tend to give an uneven surface appearance.

I recommend wool bedding and Baavet, but I'm going to switch my large European square pillow back to a form that retains a crisp shape.
