Have used these for several months now and would highly recommend. It is extremely warm and cosy but you never get "overheated" during the night. It certainly seems as though it controls your body temperature. Both my husband and I feel as though we sleep a lot better and wake feeling refreshed. Best duvet that I have ever purchased. Am now looking to buy the summer-weight.
