I am now a wool duvet convert! I wasn? sure at the very start?ut the more I sleep with it the more I fall in love with it. It is definitely cooler than my 4.5 tog summer duvet which it has now replaced and I absolutely love the fact it pretty much stays put in the cover and doesn? wriggle around out of the corners. Be prepared for quite a strong ?heep?smell when you first get it (at least you know it? genuine!!!) but it wears off and anyway the benefits far outweigh it! I started off owning Baavet pillows which I have just topped up with a few packs of the wool sold on here. So my sleeping experience is completely Baavet engineered. And I will never go back to man made pillows or duvets. It? wool for me all the way.

Just the job. Although the Baavet is lightweight there doesn't seem to be any slippage issues, which can sometimes happen with traditional feather/down duvets. Also, there is a good overhang at the foot end so no cold feet. On a general note, the online ordering is clearly set out and easy to use. Also the courier service used is excellent.

I have been using the Super Lightweight Baavet Wool Duvet for a month now, and am delighted with it. It is just right for all but the hottest summer nights, and despite its lightness, feels nice and snuggly, and the cotton used for the covering is of very high and smooth quality. ( I do of course use a duvet cover as well.) I quite often experience unpleasantly burning feet at night, and interestingly this has not happened since I switched from a down-filled duvet to this wool one, even though the down duvet was a very light 2.5 tog. As a result, I am considering buying another, heavier, Baavet to use in the colder months.
My order was dealt with very speedily and efficiently; the duvet was packed with a minimum of plastic; the care instructions were clearly and attractively presented; and a sweet little lavender bag was enclosed, along with a sample "square" of duvet to show the filling. There was a very faint smell of lanolin when the duvet was first unpacked, but this soon disappeared, and didn't bother me even though I have a very good sense of smell!
