Already have a double version, so pleased with that for overa year, and this is for the spare bed. The customer service superb - a friendly voice on the end of the first phone call, picked up after 5 rings, answered a technical query, very knowledgable, and drew my attention to a discount offer, and then despatch immediately. Arrived in 48 hours. No fuss, just efficient and effective. Would that all businesses would emulate this high standard, instead of making excuses about 'unprecedented times' forwhat has always been a poor standard anyway, and is now even worse. In many cases simply not offering a phone contact number but directing customers to a 'Chat' or email or social media. Talking to a real human being in real time to ask a simple question and have it answered immediately saves huge amounts of time and energy on both sides. Well done Baavet! and Thank you.
