Sleeping under a Baavet is a luxurious experience, NOT heavy.
"Having slept under a baavet for a couple of weeks now, I realise I am sleeping better. My temperature control is much better regulated, and I have no need of the extra cover I used to pull over myself (and often throw off again in the middle of the night). My husband also likes it as he doesn't have to have take off extra covers on his side when he gets into bed. We have never been able to agree on covers, I have always needed more to keep warm than he does and he doesn't like a heavy weight on him whilst he sleeps. One baavet seems to keep me warm and him cool, at the same time. After 35 years of marriage, we can finally agree on the perfect bedding!
I will definitely be buying a summer weight one later in the year as I can't bear the idea of going back to a conventional duvet."

I wanted to say that 9 months on we still love our Baavet more than any bedding we've had before. I've taken to putting it in our guest room when people come to stay in the hope that others can be converted.

Received my lovely baavet today! Have been lying under it all afternoon and evening and it is lovely and warm. I love how thin and light it is but how warm I stay without getting all horrible and sticky!
I'm so pleased to be supporting such an ethical business which in turn is supporting local industry in the north of England and Wales too. Glad someone is finally supporting the British wool industry!
Saw you on the dragon's, crazy of them not to invest but hope you've had plenty of business as a result. I knew I had to have one as soon as I saw them.
