Dealing with Baavet was really easy. I was provided full and helpful advice before I purchased my medium weight Baavet which arrived quickly and is great. I was a little unsure when I opened because the Baavet is notably thinner than my previous duvet though it is certainly very warm. I then began to wonder about the winter weight; I contacted Baavet who allowed me to purchase this to try; they even allowed me to purchase at the sale price as my original purchase was bought during the sale period. The winter weight is super warm (and I do like warm!). After trying both, I returned the winter weight remaining really happy with the medium and confident that I had now made the right choice. Within an hour or two of my Baavet arriving back to the company I received confirmation and the appropriate refund. Some of the best customer service I have had in a long while...
