I have an illness that causes both insomnia and an inability to regulate temperature. These two problems caused a night time nightmare. I first heard of Baavet while watching Dragons Den. I disregarded wool wrongly as being too hot but I then received an email blog from an allergy website that send me info - labelling wool duvets as having the ability to regulate temperature and it was this statement that caught my eye. When you think about it, it is obvious. Sheep need to be able to naturally deal with temperature and adjust up or down accordingly.I remembered the company Baavet, found their website and after reading the reviews, bought the lightweight duvet. From the very first night I have not looked back. It has far exceeded my expectations in every way.

We have now had a super king light weight baavet about six months and we are absolutely delighted. We first heard of Baavet on Dragons Den and thought what a great product. We had always previously purchased Hungarian goose down duvets and have been pleased but after the Baavet experience there is no going back. Recieved my king size lightweight Bargain Box quilt yesterday. I loved the way it's all wrapped up with a little lavender bag in the middle. Also, there was a little quilt sample on top so you can see the wool within the quilt. This sample was of great excitement to my dogs who gave it a thorough sniffing!

I left the quilt to air befor putting it on the bed. The quilt has a lovely lanolin smell which gives a clean soapy perfume. Usually I have to throw off my quilt in the night because I'm hot and sweating. Not last night, I was warm and cosy and absolutely no overheating. The Baavet is a total revelation! A revelation I wish I'd found sooner. I also love the fact that house/dust mites hate wool so I won't be sharing my bed with so many in the future! I think I'm going to be investing in the pillows next.

We recently purchased a 300gm weight King size quilt. Such bliss!! So warm, light and cozy. No more throwing the quilt off when one of us get's too warm during the night. We wake up so snug and warm, The quilt regulates our body temperatures brilliantly. Highly recommend these Baavet quilts, great find! Perhaps need to buy some pillows next!.......

Just bought lightweight superkingsize.These quilts really are toasty warm.My Hubby really loves it said he doesn't sweat as much .Still to warm for me .Any chance of Super lightweight 150 or 200g .But really are quality quilts.
