chose the lightweight duvet to replace 4.5 tog we use all year. we don't have a heated bedroom but want to be warm in bed - so far so good - two oversleeps in the first three nights!

requested and exchange to a lightweight from medium. the process was completed in a professional and competent manner.

I bought a pillow which proved to be lovely and comfortable. As I sleep on two pillows I removed a small quantity of filling to adjust the softness and now have my perfect pillow. I was so impressed that I took a chance and placed a "quick" paypal order for a king size duvet from the bargain box; it was not faulty, just an odd weight between light & medium. It arrived a couple of days ago and the quality was apparent. A great night's sleep followed. The quilt stays in place and follows the contours of your body leaving no cold spots. Woke up refreshed and not hot and bothered, but pleasantly warm instead. So pleased I looked to see if the bargain box held a heavier weight king size for when the weather gets really cold. I was in luck and ordered another perfect duvet, but of an odd weight between medium & heavy. I hope these duvets stand the test of time, but the one that has already arrived seems beautifully made and I am delighted to be buying British
