A long time ago I purchased a small baby pillow and I purchased the 100gm pillow wool to re-stuff it a bit. I have used this little pillow for many things: my grandson's sofa pillow, to rest my arm in bed after shoulder surgery, a bit of extra neck support on a pillow and a flight travel pillow. It would be easy to make your own little pillow. You can't beat wool it doesn't overheat.
