Thank You for your excellent customer service. I left my duvet to air for nearly a week till the strong smell had gone. Then i placed my duvet in two duvet covers. I do not think i will ever use any other duvet apart from this warm comfy cosy Baavet Wool Duvet. It was expensive but worth it i have such a sound sleep. Good Night it is time for me to sleep.
