Having recently suffered an allergic reaction from a Goose feather duvet, we needed to find a non feather duvet. We tried a high quality synthetic, but it just didn't regulate temperature. Thankfully we then found the Baavet, The quality is excellent and it does exactly what they say it will. Initially we thought it might be too heavy , as it does feel different to feather or synthetic.
A couple of nights later, and we'd soon got used to it.
Only reservation... It is on the warmer side for summer, but it does regulate extremely well.

I bought the lightweight Duvet in an attempt to make my beautiful wife more comfortable overnight by helping her to control her temperature. She still gets a bit hot but doesn't wake up in a pool of sweat any more. On top of that, we both enjoy a much improved quality of sleep. I wish I'd bought one years ago!

Having been a little skeptical of the claims, I went ahead and bought the lightweight duvet. I have fallen in love with it! I've noticed that my body temperature is more stable and comfortable throughout the night and as a result I don't wake up so many times and my quality of sleep has improved. As soon as I get into bed I warm up more quickly than a feather duvet too but I stay at that comfortable temperature. Note I've only tested in in March/April but despite the variation in room temperatures (heating on or off) I've remained kat a comfortable temperature. It really does seem to compensate.

I recently bought a duvet from Deborah Mathew at the framlingham show. She was very helpful in discussing which one would be most suitable for me. My duvet is extremely warm and light and I have slept well.
