I love this product so much. After just one night of sleeping under my kingsized winter weight duvet, i immediately purchased a medium weight one as a spare. I would also like to say that the delivery of my duvet was prompt and my dealings over the phone with "Nicola" were very pleasant, All in All a pleasurable experience and i shall eventually be purchasing toppers and pillows and happily recommend this company and their products to anyone who will listen to me :). I bought a king size winter duvet after researching the company and product. I like to buy goods made in the U.K. when ever I can. This duvet is perfect in every way from the first time it was used I have been warm and comfortable. The service is second to none. I have since purchased other items and will continue to recommend this company to all friends and family. Well done

Cannot recommend these duvets enough. Also have bought the firm pillow which is the most comfotable I have ever had.

I bought our first Baavet duvet for my daughter, who has a dust mite allergy. Almost immediately, we saw a difference in the reduction of her night sweats and other symptoms. She also now sleeps incredibly well. I then purchased a mattress topper for her and, having slept in her bed one night realised how wonderfully comfortable it is! My son now also has a Baavet duvet, which he loves and I will soon be purchasing mattress toppers and mattresses for the rest of us. I love the fact that they are a natural, Welsh product. The smell is also divine! Thank you.

I am 70 year old man and I ordered, a month ago, a winter weight double duvet because I feel the cold more than most. I already have a down/feather duvet 13.5 tog, so I delayed trying the new duvet until now because the weather has been mild. I totally disagree with the comments already for this product. I have found the warmth of the wool duvet well below my existing down/feather duvet and would not recommend anybody buying this product.
I was charged ?141 for this duvet, and I have asked for a full refund, which has been refused because I have not replied within the 1 month limit. This tells me that the duvet is not fit for purpose, as their advert brags:
"Suitable for people who particularly feel the cold."
