I bought wool as a top up for a previous pillow I bought about a year ago together with 2 duvets. The pillow has been found to be very good for my neck. I would highly recommend the duvet. I have previously used down duvets and I must admit, the wool one seemed noisy after this. It also didn't fit and fall around me as down and I wasn't sure how it would keep me warm. However, they were right! It does regulate the temperature according to your body. After it has reached optimum temperature (very quickly), it maintains what feels like a constant, - not too cool and not too hot. I have a wonderful night's sleep
